Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our Tiramisu, we currently offer Local Delivery only. We do not ship via standard courier (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD) and we do not ship internationally or outside of our designated local zone.
2. DELIVERY ZONE (15-Mile Radius) We deliver to addresses within a 15-mile radius of our kitchen in Shutlanger, Northamptonshire (NN12 7FF).

Eligibility: You will be able to check if your address qualifies for delivery at checkout.

Out of Zone Orders: If an order is placed for an address outside of our 15-mile delivery radius, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately.
3. DELIVERY TIMES & SCHEDULE Because our Tiramisu is made fresh to order, we do not offer "on-demand" delivery.

Notification: Once your order is prepared, we will contact you via email or SMS to confirm your delivery slot.

Traffic & Delays: While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated window, delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. RECEIPT OF GOODS (IMPORTANT) You must be available to receive the delivery. Our products require immediate refrigeration. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is at the delivery address to receive the package personally.

Our driver will attempt to call the phone number provided.

If we cannot reach you, the driver may, at their discretion, leave the package in a designated "safe place" (e.g., porch, neighbor) if you have provided instructions to do so.

Liability Release: If the package is left unattended at your request or because no one was home to receive it, MyDeli.it is not responsible for theft, damage, or spoilage (e.g., melting or warm temperature) that occurs after the delivery has been made.

Failed Delivery: If we are unable to access your location or leave the item safely, the item will be returned to our facility. Due to food safety regulations, returned items must be disposed of. No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries caused by the customer’s absence.
5. DELIVERY FEES Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the distance from our kitchen.

Free Delivery: We may offer free local delivery for orders over a certain value, as advertised on our website.
6. DAMAGED ORDERS Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us at info@olivifer.com within 24 hours with photographic evidence.
7. CONTACT INFORMATION If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, specific drop-off spots), please include them in the order notes or email us immediately after placing your order.
