Refund & Cancellation Policy
Perishable Goods / All Sales Final Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our fresh Tiramisu, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched. All sales are strictly final.
Damages and Quality Guarantee We take great care in packaging our Tiramisu to ensure it arrives safely. While we cannot accept physical returns of food items due to health and safety regulations, we are committed to making it right if there is a verifiable issue with your order's arrival condition.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. You must contact us at info@olivifer.com within 24 hours of delivery if:

The item is verified as defective or damaged upon arrival.

You received the wrong item.

The packaging was severely compromised during transit.
To be eligible for a resolution (refund or replacement), you must provide the following:

Proof of Purchase: Your order number or receipt.

Photographic Evidence: Clear photos showing the product issue and the condition of the packaging.
Note: We will not accept any claims for refund or replacement without photographic proof or if the claim is made more than 24 hours after delivery.
Customer Responsibility & Storage

Delivery: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for Tiramisu that is left unattended, stolen, or spoiled due to missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or refusal of delivery.

Storage: Our Tiramisu contains fresh ingredients (dairy and eggs). We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage (e.g., failure to refrigerate immediately) after the package has been delivered.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Perishable Goods: As specified above, fresh food cannot be returned.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be refunded.
European Union Right of Withdrawal (Exemption) Please note that while the European Union generally grants a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases, this right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh food. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to our Tiramisu products.
Refunds If your refund request is approved based on the photographic evidence provided, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
